The Carolinas Chapter of the LSU Alumni Association will hold its annual Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 3, 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, at Park Road Park in Charlotte. Jambalaya, crawfish, potatoes and corn will be provided by Cajun Caterer's of Atlanta and will be served at 3:00 pm. The price is $30 per person, with children under 10 free. Please bring the beverage of your choice. Please remit your payment using Paypal (No, you don't have to have a Paypal account to use this!!!) and send your payment to geauxgirllafayette@yahoo.com. There will be a raffle as well for various LSU and Louisiana products. Any one from Louisiana or a fan of LSU is welcome.
